The Waupaca High School Comet Clay Crushers is the Waupaca High School trap team that was established in 2014. The team competes in the Kettle Moraine conference.

Annabel Hemingson, Senior, Waupaca High School, four-year veteran shooter with the Waupaca High School Comet Clay Crushers. Annabel is displaying the award she won during the Kettle Moraine Trap Shooting Conference meets during 2025. Annabel was named to the Female Second Team, breaking 390 targets. Congratulations Annabel!
Caden Plum, Junior at Waupaca High School, displaying his awards won during the 2025 season with the Kettle Moraine High School Trap Shooting Conference. Caden was Overall High Gun North Division, for conference shoots breaking 469 targets during the 2025 season. Caden was the top shooter for the North Division at the KMC State Shoot held on May 17th, 2025, breaking 97x100, and was awarded the top slot on the Male First Team. His scores were 24,24,25,24. Congratulations Caden.
Rylee is a four-year veteran shooter with the Waupaca High School Comet Clay Crushers Trap Team.
Rylee was awarded the top Kettle Moraine Conference Trap Shooting Scholarship of $500.00. She was also presented with an Academic Award for her 4.0 GPA and trap shooting average for the 2025 season. Rylee was named to the Female First Team for all conference shoots and earned a slot on the Female Second Team at the KMC State Shoot on May 17th, 2025, breaking 87x100. Congratulations Rylee!
