Youth Committee                                                      

The Youth Committee reports on progress with their Waupaca School District Trap & Skeet Club activities and projects at each monthly meeting. Serving on the   committee are Matthew Schmidt, Olivia Petrovs, Ezra Woodliff, Gavin Collins.  These youth will serve until May 31st, 2026.   

Winter Trap League

Winter Trap League Sign up day is Saturday, Jan. 3rd, 2026. We will have a brief meeting at 11:00AM to  go over rules, answer questions, and collect fees. We will set dates for the rest of the season, with flexibility. Fees are $240.00 per team ($80.00 per person), Membership is required and extra cost.

2026 Annual Membership Fee 

Annual fee is $55.00; HOWEVER: if paid by 1/31/26 the fee is $45.00. Includes spouse and children through their 17th year.

Clay Target Fees Practice trap and skeet target fees; $5.00 for 25 targets. Youth 17 and under $4.00 for 25 targets. 12- and 20-gauge shells available for $9.00 per box, sales tax included on all fees.                                                                                                                                                                          

Sight-in Range

Rules covering the use of the sight in range are posted on the range bulletin  board.  As a reminder, paper targets only. Pick up your empty casings, targets, and  dispose of them in the dumpsters. Word of caution to members using the range.  Check your ammo to ensure you have the correct cartridges for your firearms.  There have been mishaps on the range in the past with wrong ammo.                        Muzzle loading firearms should be checked to ensure they are not loaded prior to  coming to the range. Put the red range flag up on arrival, and if the last person leaving the range, take it down.                                                                    

Activities

New Years Day Trap Shoot; 

Thursday, January 1st, 2026. 50 16-yard targets, $20.00, Lewis class, targets and lucky number draw included. Open to the public.   

January 3rd

Winter Trap League starts on Saturday; Meeting at 11:00AM 

January 27th 

Tuesday, monthly meeting. Dinner at 6:00 PM, meeting at 7:00PM.  Guest speaker to be determined.  

February 8th

Pre Valentines Day Shoot. 50 targets. More info to follow 

February 15th 

CWTL Shoot. All shooters are welcome. More info to follow. 

February 24th

Tuesday, monthly meeting. Dinner at 6:00PM, meeting at 7:00PM. Guest speaker to be determined. 

March 7th

Tentative WTL ending date.  March 8th: Pre Saint Patricks Day shoot. 50 targets. More info to follow.  

March 24th, 

Tuesday. Monthly meeting and Annual Chili Dinner. Serving at 6:00PM, meeting at 7:00PM. Raffle to follow.
