SUMMER TRAP LEAGUE

STL Team Sign-up

MEETING DATE; Wednesday April 7th, 7:00PM at Waupaca Conservation League, E3440 Club 

House Ln, Waupaca, WI. We will discuss existing rules, total team fees, etc. A list of rules is available upon request. 

Any five persons may form a team. We shoot on Wednesday nights starting at 6:00PM. Begins on 

Wednesday April 29th, 2026, ends on Wednesday August 26th, 2026. 

WCL Memberships are required to shoot in the STL, including substitute shooters. 

Memberships are $55.00, includes spouse, and their children through 17 years of age. 

Fees: A $75.00 team sponsorship fee is required. Target fees are $5.00 per 25 tagets, new shells are 

$9.00 box. Team fees and sponsor fees are to be paid before first night of shooting. Team fees will be based on number of teams entered. 

We will accept 30 teams. Previous existing teams will be given preference over new teams.

IF YOUR TEAM IS NOT SHOOTING THIS YEAR, LET ME KNOW ASAP. Either email  waupacacl@gmail.com, or call 715-256-9721, or 258-7660. Answering machines are on for both numbers. If you are forming a new team or have a new team name, please let me know ASAP. 

We will review Summer Trap League rules, safety rules, ethics, loading targets on trap machines, proper score keeping, use of voice activated equipment, other rules, set up, and take down of equipment, and recycling details.  The WCL is a licensed facility and carry in of beverages and food items are not permitted. The Board has addressed this rule and any person found bringing beverages or food to the League will be expelled from shooting in the Summer Trap League. 

2025 Fees

NOTE: An invoice will be given to each team captain or representative for fees due, AFTER the meeting. We will accept one payment in full only, including sponsor fees and shooting fees. Partial payments will not be accepted. 

+ Team Sponsor fee: $75.00

+ Shoot Fees: $5.00 per round per shooter.

+ Total costs will be determined by the number of teams shooting.

+ Fees need to be paid in full by April 24, 2025

NOTE: Membership fees need to be PAID SEPARATELY before the first night of League shooting. Membership renewal fee is $55.00.

Team registration forms will be available on our website and can be found below. They will also be available at the League.  Please place your 5 primary shooters on the form. Do not list subs on the form. Team captains need to provide us with a current address, phone number, and email address if they have one.

2025 Dates

The STL will start on April 30, 2025, and end on August 27, 2025

A schedule will be sent out and posted here following the STL meeting.
